Back of card is nearly pristine with only “1939” written in faint pencil. This is obviously not the date of the image as this is beyond the date range of most cabinet cards. Wild speculation is perhaps an obit date? No stained or other markings to note. The image is somewhat faded, but does not appear to be from damage.
